Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Note: This is a starter template covering the basics of a design engagement. It isn't legal advice — review and adapt it (ideally with a lawyer) to match your actual contracts, jurisdiction, and payment terms before relying on it.

1. Agreement

By browsing muhammadn.com or engaging Muhammad N. ("I", "me") for design or development services, you agree to these Terms. Specific project details, pricing, and deadlines are confirmed separately in writing (e.g. a proposal or email) before any work begins.

2. Services

Services described on this Site — UI/UX design, Amazon Listing & A+ Content, and Shopify development — are provided on a project or retainer basis as agreed per engagement. Package prices shown are starting points; final scope and cost are confirmed before work begins.

3. Revisions

Each project includes two full rounds of revisions as standard, covering feedback on the agreed scope. Requests that materially expand the original scope may be quoted separately.

4. Payment

Payment terms (deposits, milestones, and final payment) are agreed per project before work begins. Final files, source assets, and developer handoff are released upon receipt of full payment.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client. Muhammad N. retains the right to display the completed work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

Design and development services are provided with professional care, but no outcome (such as specific sales or conversion figures) is guaranteed, since results depend on many factors outside of design alone. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.

7. Third-party platforms

Where work involves third-party platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, app marketplaces, etc.), you remain responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, and compliance with those platforms' own terms.

8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable; any deposit for not-yet-started work is handled per the specific project agreement.
