Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Note: This is a plain-language starter policy covering how this site currently works. It isn't legal advice — if you operate in a region with specific requirements (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, or Pakistan's data protection rules), have it reviewed before relying on it.

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Muhammad N. ("I", "me") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit muhammadn.com (the "Site") or get in touch about design services.

2. Information I collect

  • Information you provide directly — your name, email address, and project details when you message me via email, a booking call, or the newsletter sign-up form.
  • Basic technical data — standard hosting logs (such as browser type, device, and approximate location from IP address) collected automatically by the hosting provider (Vercel) for security and performance purposes.

This Site does not currently run advertising trackers, and no payment or card information is ever collected through the Site itself — package pricing is discussed and settled directly between us.

3. How I use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and discuss potential projects.
  • To send the Growth Letter newsletter, only if you explicitly subscribe.
  • To keep the Site secure and working properly.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-party services

The Site relies on a small number of third parties to function:

  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
  • Cal.com — if you book a strategy call, that scheduling is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
  • Web3Forms — processes newsletter sign-up submissions and forwards them by email; it does not store your email beyond what's needed to deliver that message.
  • Google Fonts — the Material Symbols icon font is loaded from Google's servers; the main text typefaces (Manrope, Inter) are self-hosted and don't call out to Google.

5. Data retention

Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to discuss and deliver a project, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time to see what information I hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted — just reach out via the contact details below. If you subscribed to the newsletter, every email includes an unsubscribe link.

7. Children's privacy

This Site and its services are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 16. I don't knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Meaningful changes will be reflected clearly on this page.
